We are a small family owned and operated contracting company. Leif Poling and Nicole Mader own and operate Innovative Contracting Services LLC together. We also have two wonderful boys.
We have been in business with Innovative Contracting Services since March 2017. Leif has over 10 years of contracting and construction experience. Nicole has 15+ years of insurance, business management and customer service experience. At Innovative we treat all of our clients like family because we are family.
We work with homeowners, residential, commercial, and subcontracting companies. Our mission is to make it easy for everyone to get all of their construction needs handled by one company with one face.
